Who we are
A Good Week ("we", "us") provides admin automation services to trades businesses on California's Central Coast. You can reach us anytime at amy@agoodweek.app.
What we collect
- Contact info you give us — name, email, phone, business name when you sign up or book a call.
- Operational data — call recordings, job notes, photos, invoices, receipts, and inventory levels we capture on your behalf to run your shop.
- Customer info — your customers' names, addresses, and phone numbers, used only to book, dispatch, invoice, and follow up on their jobs.
- Basic site analytics — pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.
How we use it
To deliver the service you signed up for: answering calls, booking jobs, sending invoices, chasing payments, restocking your truck, and producing reports. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data or your customers' data to train AI models outside the scope of running your account.
Who we share it with
Trusted vendors that power the service — for example our hosting provider, email delivery (Resend), payment processor, and AI providers used to transcribe calls and draft messages. Each is bound by contract to handle your data securely and only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain your account and operational records for as long as you're a customer, plus the period required for tax and legal recordkeeping. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell personal information. To exercise any right, email amy@agoodweek.app.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure — we'll notify affected customers promptly if a breach involves their data.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
